Aside from the torsion springs you will need about a dozen bronze bushings and, perhaps replacement roll pins.

Rebuilding a Rest-O-Ride seat is time consuming but yields a nice result if done properly.

Minn-Kota Repair can provide a reasonably priced bushing kit as well as quality torsion springs. I've bought bushings from both Minn-Kota dnd CNH (expensive) in the past. The bushings for the torsion spring link supplied by Minn-Kota were not useable but the others were all OK. I spoke to them about the issue about 2 or 3 years ago but do not know if they have corrected it.
