2n serial #

I have what looks like a 2N. The following numbers are located on the left axle: 2N 4015 A2 9-26-46.

Does this mean that the tractor was built on Sept. 26, 1946?
And is the 4015 A2 a serial number?

Any help with this info would be greatly appreciated.

Also, how would I determine the value of this tractor.
