That guy should be charged. If I don't have a designated sitter for the kids, the tractor does not run. Kids shouldn't be around the equipment when its running. One they are a distraction for the driver, and they can so easily get hurt. I don't know how old they have to be to be around equipment, I think it depends on the young man or women. I have a 11 year old that I know is still not ready. She is just too flighty.
