I just bought one of these old subsoilers and I'm looking forward to using it, but it needs a few parts. I'll have to rig up a depth control screw, trip lever, and a "lift slat" which looks like flat iron with two holes in it. Does anybody have this subsoiler and want to share some measurements with me?

Looks interesting. So, you turn the crank to set the depth? The trip rope drops it to the set depth? How do you lift it back out of the soil?

Sorry I have no measurement help.
