Can anyone identify this disc harrow? I'm looking to see any specifics for it, specifically if it will work my 8N.

Hard to say what the brand is. There are several manufacturers of those small discs and even more companies that put their name on them and sell them as their own.
Looks like it has 5 pans per gang so your N should pull it okay though not with a barrel of water like it has.
