'39 or '40 9N tractor available in CT
I'm helping a relative of a friend of the family sell this tractor and don't know much other than he claims it ran last around 3-4 years ago and it is a '39 or '40 with rare smooth rear hubs. Any leads as to who may be interested in it and what it may be worth would be greatly appreciated. https://ibb.co/Vjnm6Mv https://ibb.co/nPMng9K https://ibb.co/mFLZB8j

How far into 40 did the smooth axles appear?

From John Smith's research, now on the F/FCA site
The infamous 9N rear "smooth axle" (left) was replaced by a stronger 2-piece riveted axle hub around serial number 9N41500.
