vented gas cap

No I have not. Just that they are advertised as vented but there's pressure building up in the tank and when I remove the cap, pressure is released. I've drill a hole in the middle of the cap so there's not pressure now. Not sure what's going on with those caps. Two different styles of "vented caps" that I've tried. Tyler

Here are the 2 styles of caps that I purchased. Both are "vented" so they say.

Would seem to me that the "Warning" label would be unnecessary on a vented cap?

Agree. My mistake was buying on Amazon. The description clearly stated "Vented Gas Cap". I went back to that same page on Amazon. The description has now changed. The "vented" is now off the description. There are also many reviews stating this cap is not vented even though the description said it was. Live and learn, Tyler
