Greetings. I have a 53 Jubilee and lately the hydraulic life has been less than stellar. It takes time to start lifting--usually with higher RPM's. Chatters when lifting. I believe I have a vane hydraulic as it sits on the right side of the block and is somewhat square. My question is, does the pump need to be rebuilt and if so, is there someplace to get this done as I am not the most handy with that sort of thing. I also see that there are replacement piston?? pumps that can be purchased and installed, however not sure if this is the better way to go as my tractor is mostly original.
I had a problem with my electrical system earlier specifically points burning out and Bruce Haynes?? helped me out with the issue and it is now a non-issue---Thanks Bruce, I appreciate your help.
