Towner Disc Harrow

Got this Towner offset disc harrow with my "too-N" last year. Can't find anything on it. I've seen some equipment referred to as "Ford/Towner," but not harrows. The pic of the tag is as clear as high noon with a magnifying glass, mirrorr, chalk, etc.

Like to find out how to use it properly. So far, I spun the he!! out of that crank and it never would start.

I'll swallow any information, book, line and sinker.
