Aha! That's also known as a Series "B", pull type harrow. The series consisted of the 11-5, 11-6, 11-7 and 11-8 models. The 11-7 was a 6' harrow. You are missing the back half - should have 20-18" discs on it in total. Looks like you are also missing some 3-point linkage. Doesn't mean you can't use it, just means it did not come from the factory that way. Here's what a complete unit looks like (this one is the 11-6 or 11-8 model with 24 discs):
We have the owner's manual for it posted here in our Manuals library (look for Series "B" disc harrow). I also just found that I have the dealer parts book for it and can post that info for you if you want it.
