That appears to be part # 9N-11506 Starter Button Assy. ....The gasket is part # B-12410.

Doing a search for 9N-11506 shows them available new from Case/New Holland at a ridiculous (?) price of $154.00. ....Several used parts are available on the 'net.

Follow the link for the parts manual, and scroll down to catalog page 40 (pdf page 42) to see the starter switch components.

The starter button in your picture is mechanical only, and operates an electrical switch through linkage. ....It is possible your problem is mechanical, electrical, or both.

There was a thread posted here awhile ago describing a similar problem. ....I will post a link to that thread in my response to this post.
