9N Front tires

Replacing the front tires on my '41 9N. Can these tires be tubeless?
Looks like a solid front rims. As long as I replace the valve stems for
tubeless tires? Looking for tires, the junkyards I have talked to never
heard of the standard measurement - 7.50 X 16. The closest equivalent
is a 225/90 - 16. Just wondering if anyone has gone this route.
