Okay, I put a test light on the sparks and all 4 were firing. Seemed weak but there was light when I would push the ignition.
On the fuel side, I went to the extent of draining all the fuel, removed and cleaned the fuel bowel, filter, and upper area into the tank. Removed line into carb and carb screen, that was plugged and dirty but did not stop flow. Verified good flow all the way to the screen into the carb but can't tell if its getting into the carb. Oops forgot to check the drain plug...going back to check if fuel is flowing there.
Also cleaned battery connections and posts and have charger on it as well.
