Walt, in addition to that paper's collection, here is one more that shows in purple/violet, the simple path for fuel in the power at speed operation. Not much there. Look very closely at the seat at bottom of power adjust needle. I found one where someone had rammed some hard object in through the exterior plug hole at bottom of nozzle & partially sheared that brass seat & nearly stopping fuel flow, no matter where the power adjust needle was set. Don't be offended at this question, as I know you have worked on many, but 'stuff' can happen......are you certain that the venturi isn't in upside down? Yes, it can be assembled that way.
