Another thing is any good automotive machine shop will be able to boil the block, turn the crank, mill the head, and if needed, bore the cylinders. You may even get them to put the new sleeves in. I'm fortunate to have guy who specializes in these old tractors and this is what he does. Never disappointed in his work. Also, consider going with adjustable valve tappets if you have the non-adjustable type now -well worth the time and expense.
