When trying to do the quadrant adjustment per the FO4 manual I have to move the quadrant as far forward as possible and then the rocker lever just barely touches the pump housing as described. Then when I try and lower the touch control lever it only goes about 3/4 of the way down before the rocker lever hits on the back of tractor housing. I am thinking something is out of adjustment in the top cover assy but looking for ideas before I tear in to it. Thanks
