The cost of repairing these components is often more than the cost of new ones. I am a firm believer in replace over repair on these things. You can';t repair wear that has occurred over the course of 50 plus years.
Surplus Center is a good source of reasonably priced cylinders and valves. Two new DA lift cylinders for a Dearborn/Wagner loader probably run you about $500. If you lucked out and found something surplus and the right size on the site maybe half that.
