UH... his ring gear is turning.. but his crank ain't.
This is -NOT- an ignition problem.. thus the EI upgrade would have -0- impact on this issue and would be a needless expense during the troubleshooting and repair of this issue. ( once the fellow puts a new ring gear on the flywheel.. then maybee an ei if he wants one.. but for different reasons than the issue in this post.. )
