when i install one piece round wheel weights, i position tractor so one of the bolt holes is at 12:00. then i put an extra long bolt thru and then lift the weight with one hand from its center aqnd with the other hqand guide the weight so it puts its top most mounting hole over the bolt. then i run a nut up almost snug then turn wheel by moving tractor so the opposite hole which was at 6:00 o'clock is now at 12:00 o'clock. put bolt thru, tighten, turn wheel half way tighten other bolt and cut off excess length. have done this many times. this how i installed, most recently, the 140# one piece weights on my 2N.
