Universal tractor fluid (UTF) is a generic product name - just like motor oil. It describes the basic characteristics and application of the lubricant. Can you safely mix Valvoline and Castrol motor oil? Yes. Can you safely mix NAPA universal tractor fluid and some other brand of UTF? Yes.
