One of the things I do is flatten the ends of those screws a bit after they are tight. With the butterfly open, it's fairly easy to get a pair of pliers on them and pinch the last thread. I've always done that on my carbs. A screw might loosen a bit, but it ain't going to back out until someone puts a screwdriver on it, and reforms the thread as the screw is backed out.
