Bob, Can't help finding a disc, however go to a local machine shop. They should be able to turn one real quick. Disc should have an outside diameter slightly smaller then the out side diameter of the sleeve. A shoulder (step) with a reduced diameter about the inside diameter of the sleeve to be removed. This step will keep the disc central when used.
