Both models are the Economy style plows -a better plow than the Prior Moldboard style. The Economy Plows were all made with the same basic parts - frame, uprights, crossbar, rolling landside (tailwheel), coulters, jointers, and such. What distinguished the model ID numbers is the RH frame brace and spacer rod which changed the width of the plow. It was also which type of moldboards and shares were standard on them. The 10-152 Plow is a 12" model. The 10-181 Plow is on a 14" frame. You measure plow size by the distance across the frames beam from one edge to the brace edge. We have a ton of info in our MANUALS forum on plows. Here is The Dearborn Economy A & O Manual and is designed to cover all model styles. You can get a scan too of the MPC (Master Parts Catalog) too. The good news is that new wear parts are available today for the 14" and 16" plows. The 10" an 12" models were discontinued years ago, or at least last time I checked. Look in our LINKS forum -PLOWORX, OSMUNDSON, and others listed. Wear parts are only moldboards, shares, shins, and frogs. Hope this helps clarify things.
