Brush Hog or Finish Mower

Can't decide whether I need a brush hog or finish mower. I need to groom the 3/4 mile of trails out back and maybe extend or more of them. I dont plan to use this for regular lawn mower. Brush hog is maybe more than I need but finish mower at times will be asked to do some light hogging. Any advice?

And what brands/features have you all been happy with or think I should avoid.
