My 1953 NAA was having some sputtering issues and the gentleman I bought it from gave me a new carburetor with it. I swapped it out and now upon start up it immediately runs wide open like it’s going to the moon. I took the new one off and put the old one back, same problem will only run wide open and won’t idle. I swapped parts between the old and new one, same issue. I adjusted and adjusted, same issue. The throttle linkage moves as it should but the throttle lever does not change anything. No matter what I do it will only run wide open immediately when it starts. HELP!
