Hi everyone, NO this is not a direct 8N question, but the good folks here are the most likely crowd to know. I recently (Aug 7) ordered an 8N gear cover from DTS. I got all the normal automated confirmations and responses. But then my part did not ship or, at least, I got no confirmation.
I started trying to contact them. First email (3 times) then phone(phone just rang) and this morning I even tried Facebook Messenger. I'm not getting any responses.
I went through the normal emotions. First excited, then slightly annoyed, but I just figured they are busy or maybe on vacation ( but here in Texas, our schools have been back in session since last week). Now I have arrived at worried.
I could not give one hoot for the $70. Places like DTS are critical for us to keep our Nssss in working order.
So if someone has any news, please share.
