A couple more ?s:

#1 and #3 meet the minimum, and #4 is close enough. Did you run both a dry and then a wet compression test to help indicate rings vs. valves on #2?

Are you still 6v, or have you converted to 12v?

Is the starter cranking, but the engine won't start, or not even cranking?
