I plugged in the numbers on a dyno program and came up with 58 HP @ 2200 rpm for the 226 CID flathead , which is the range that the 120 CID motors were rated .
I would bet the 120 CID motors would produce closer to 35 - 40 hp @ 3500 rpm .
I have seen plenty of drive line parts that have snapped or twisted with the 4 cylinders pushing the horsepower , but a good operator could actually benefit from a few extra horses .
