Is this the 6 cyl tractor you've been looking at? If so, you probably live near me. I've been eyeballing that ad for a few days, but don't have the asking price. Pretty decent price for a Funk. I don't want to reveal too much here or someone here may beat you to it.
A Funk is a cool collector piece, but may not be what you need depending on what your needs are. If my finances were in better shape, I'd look seriously at buying that one just to say I own a Funk. I agree with the others that the engine size is misstated in the ad. Get some casting codes off the block or cylinder head and some of the knowledgeable people here will be able to tell you which engine it really is.
