The pictures posted by Jim are the unit I've been asking about. Apparently I need to learn how to upload pictures. Like Jim, I'm in Utah.
I just mailed the guy a cashier's check to buy the unit. Talked with him for a while and got a good feeling about it. Paid the full $2,300. There were seven 8 N tractors for sale in the immediate area and this was priced in the middle of the pack. After I get the engine info off the block I'd like a candid opinion on whether I paid a fair price. Given what I know, I paid my money and took my chances. :>)
Thanks again to each and all of you. You were essential to making the decision; but it was still mine to make so I won't blame anyone if I got a lemon.
