so.. it's acting like hte clutch is pressed? ie... tractor won't move and no pto?
OR
clutch won't disengage. IE.. you stomp clutch and she stays powered.
if the latter, block the clutch for a bit and come back.. many times they pop free on their own.
otherwise.. put in high gear.. leve clutch blocked. lock brakes.. set in driver seat and use a screwdriver to short from thumb switch to trans cover. just bump it.. bump it like 10-15 times. that can pop em free.

ps.. got lots of oil dripping out the bellhousing weep drain? drain open?
