That eliminates POSITION CONTROL. Start with checking the system for leak down from the piston and cylinder. If it is not leaking, it's good to go. Visually inspect bottom of pump while it's running. Bubbles will indicate a cracked pump. Be careful - PTO shaft is turning in there so keep your hands out. Next drain all old oil and flush system. Both methods are detailed in our HOW-TO's. A lot of times simply replacing the safety relief valve fixes lift issues. Report back with results...
