At first I thought, duh! was I really daffy enought that I didn't check the draft/position control lever as Mr Cook suggested? No, the lever is up (position control) and not horizontal. So, I am back to the same question. When I had the lift cover off, the cam pin was warn so I replaced it with the one I got with Zane's jig. The cam did not appear to be unusually worn. There must be some adjustment that I am missing.
