I have installed two different governors on my Wartime 2N and had the same problem. One was a new reproduction found on e-bay. The other was an old one out of someone's pile of parts. In both instances the engine over speeds with the throttle lever positioned at less than 25% of full travel. Is there something obvious that I am missing or did I just get two bad Governors one of which is "New"?
