I got the washer from a good hardware store and the correct bolt from a tractor shop. The bolt had cobwebs on it. Just checked tonight and my biggest wrench is 1 1/4 and the bolt is 1 5/16. The new bolt has the ratchets on it so I am guessing I can use those to snug it up.
