You probably won't need the s/n anyway when you are buying parts. Not too much different between a '53 and a 54 with the exception of the nose badge. Your tractor has had an engine swap most likely. I understand it's not too uncommon to see a jubilee with a rebuilt or later engine in it in place of the original.
