Like Jack says in Iowa you can go just about anywhere with one of these on your tractor, but you have to remember Iowa is an Agriculture state and there are tractors on the roads much of the time. I go for a ride around the neighborhood (which is semi-rural) a couple of times a week in the summer. Many of the hard surface roads are called farm to market roads.
