I highly recommend you buy an I&T (Implement & Tractor) repair manual for the Jubilee (NAA). They are indispensable and have tons of useful information on any repair to the tractor. They are written so that no PHD is needed to understand.

As for replacement parts, just replaced an axle and hub on a Jubilee. The aftermarket axles and hubs are very good, and look like the original (at least the parts you can see). I had no problems with fit. As with any new axle, you will need to adjust the shim thickness behind the axle bearing retaining plate so as not to be too loose or too tight. The I&T manuals spells out this procedure. Originally steel shims were used, but I see replacement shims are paper gaskets, which you can make with some gasket material and time or just buy. While in there, replace both the inner and outer oils seals, as well as the spline seal.
