That adjustment lever adjust the width of the plow furrow to a certain extent. Had one on the farm as a kid. We never messed with it. Dad had it adjusted and we plowed. I do remember one time moving that lever and it make the plow move sideways almost. Hard to explain but it did actually change the with of the furrow. That is a nice plow there.
