So, my throttle arm does not look like the one you posted. It is much narrower and lacks the ball bearing setup identified in your pictures. Any idea what that might be? (I will get some pictures tonight).
Once I had the right terminology I was able to find a repair guide at the URL below. But then again, my throttle arm doesn't look like the one in the guide so I'm not sure where I'm at!
