Wow. I didnt know there was so much involved with draw bars. Here is what I have - maybe someone can explain what I am missing, why I cant use just what I have and what it all is supposed to do (what do you really use a draw bar for - I use the 11 hole bar to pule a small utility wagon).
I have the 11 hole bar but none of the other hardware that attaches from the 11 hole bar to the top 3 point hitch. it just connects to the two lower arms and yes it spins without a trailer attached to it.
I have another trailer type hitch that connects well under the tractor - even further under and forward of what is shown in JMOR's picture ( I think). it has a hole on the end that has to be for a ball to be attached. I would guess this bar would be a better spot to pull a stump from then the 11 hole bar.
