Don't wanna step out of bounds here, but I think Bob is right. I have two sets of CM HALL original 9N lamps and the lenses have "TRACTOR LITE" on them. By the way, my research about Hall in Detroit has come up empty. I have yet to try the city of Detroit main library at Wayne State (bad neighborhood) and look in the city history archives. I tried once to access on-line but without success.
