Hi Dan. Can you post a picture of it? Ford did make "pull type" harrows, but the ones I am familiar came with their own drawbar that was attached to the 3-point lift. But, they were not lifted and carried back and forth from barn to field.
I'm not familiar with the 11-7 model, and don't have any literature on it.
