For the Tractor Jack - here is the document Cargo Cult wrote years ago on a DIY one...but originals pop up on the Board ADS and ebay all the time.

By Cargo Cult's design, he use 7/8", 1-1/16", and 1-1/4" tubing so I'd assume it is standard schedule piping. I don't have access to my original Dearborn Jack right now el se I could go measure with my Starrett Tubing Mic for you. LINK to Jack
