You must determine where it is leaking rather than throwing parts at it.

Is it leaking at the bowl gasket? Is it leaking at the valve stem? Is it leaking at the tank/bowl assembly threaded connection? Is it leaking in multiple places?

Some leaks are more problematic than others.
