It is a simple feedback linkage that connects the right rear lift arm to the 3pt control lever. When the lift arm moves up the linkage moves the control lever down and vice-versa. Factory position control on older Kubotas used a similar feedback rod.
IIRC there are plans for rolling your own in the How-To's. Zane has asked folks to refrain from publishing pictures of his version but they are all over the Internet - do a Google search for Zane Thang and you will find them.
