I have an 1949 8 it has new plugs, new points, new wires,new coil, new cap,new rotor,new condenser. it also has new kit in the carb. cleaned all filter screens. drained gas, and fill with new fuel.tractor starts and idles fine, but has a miss at full thortle.tractor also has new govener. I have advanced and retarded the timing , but it still misses at full thortle. does anyone have any ideas. I also ran a compression check. all cyclinders abone 90 psi.
