Just a couple of ideas, try doing some adjusting of the carb at full throttle, maybe a little to lean ,one way to check this is pull choke out a little bit when it is missing check for vacuum leak, I've even had new plugs that were bad, recheck gap on plugs. Hope this helps, God Bless, B&A.
