Thanks for the trick to try. My Jubilee is wearing it's original Vane Type pump, so there is no allen head bolt - but the equivalent is to disconnect the pressure line, and crank the engine as you describe. I got hydraulic fluid from the very instant I started cranking suggesting that I don't have a prime problem. (of course, that would be the cheap and easy to fix problem...)! I cranked enough to pump out at least a quart. Meanwhile, the manual also said to try to screw in the Hy-Trol adjustment all the way. (that's where it stays). So I screwed it all the way out (slow), and all the way in (fast) several times. No joy. The manual also says to try cycling the touch control lever as well. No joy. Not even a quiver out of the lift arms no matter what I try. If you have any more tricks up your sleeve, I'd love to hear them. Otherwise I'll be breaking out the tools and yanking that lift cover.
