I am using a "B" generator with a 3-3/16" pulley and the belt I have that works fine is a NAPA B40. It is a 5/8" belt. With the 3-11/16" pulley the contact length added to the belt would be around 5/8". Still the B40 would probably work on the larger pulley also just adjusted in a little bit.
